Accounting & Financial Operations
- Supervise day-to-day accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Review and approve journal entries, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
Construction Project Accounting
- Maintain project-wise cost accounting and monitor budgets vs. actual expenses.
- Track construction costs including materials, labor, subcontractors, and overheads.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.
