Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accounting records, financial reports, and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
- Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
- Handle daily accounting activities, including expense verification, reconciliations, payroll support, and data entry
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management review
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare audit-related schedules, supporting documents, and reports independently
- Coordinate and assist during internal and external audit processes
- Maintain accurate financial data in accounting systems and databases
- Assist with other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by senior management
