Element HR Consulting is hiring on behalf of a client for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the personal financial affairs of senior management and their family office-related activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day personal financial transactions and bookkeeping for management
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, payments, bank statements, and reconciliations
- Handle personal accounts payable and receivable activities
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, lawyers, and other service providers when required
- Prepare monthly financial summaries, expense reports, and cash flow tracking
- Monitor bill payments, subscriptions, renewals, and personal asset-related expenses
