Accountant (F&B) Work from Home Responsibilities
- Review data entries performed by Account Assistant and accountant to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with team members to verify daily invoices and documents are processed correctly and on time
- Maintain organized and current filing systems for all accounting documents
- Reconcile Statements of Account (SOA) against invoices entered into Xero accounting system
- Review and process payments to suppliers based on verified statement of account
- Review payroll calculations including overtime and incentive payments for accuracy
- Oversee work permit applications and ensure timely filing of IR21 and IR8A tax forms
- Finalised monthly management account on time
- Prepare tax computations and submit income tax filings in compliance with regulations
- Compile and submit XBRL filings and prepare unaudited financial statements
