The Role
At Guildhall we are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Accountant with expertise in QuickBooks to manage our clients internal accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of UAE VAT and tax regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, seeking continuous process improvements, and collaborating across departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. - Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and tax regulations, including timely filing of VAT returns. - Oversee cash flow management and budgeting processes. - Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks. - Conduct fi...
