ACCOUNTANT Construction / Fit-Out

Industry: Construction / Interior Fit-Out
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle accounting for construction and fit-out projects
- Prepare project cost reports and monitor budgets
- Track project expenses, material costs and subcontractor payments
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports
- Manage VAT filing in compliance with UAE FTA regulations
- Perform bank reconciliations and payroll processing
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure effective cost control
- Assist with audit preparation and supporting documentation
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 35 years of UAE experience in the Construction / Fit-Out industry
