They are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Accountant.

Job Description

  • Updating Monthly netting exchange rate into the operating system.
  • Checking and inputting customers netting invoices to the Netting program and sending statements of account to be netting to entities
  • Checking and rejecting supplier netting invoices under the Netting program.
  • Inputting additional comments in the Netting program based on arbitration of the month.
  • Checking supplier invoices in mutual agreement on the settlement month
  • Checking AP/AR invoices in litigation in the Netting program.
  • Handling monthly booking settlement for final netting closing.
  • Reconciling Interco transaction and Balance Sheet between data in the Accounting system (intercom AR/AP).
  • Assisting Accounting Manager in interco AR/AP summary report confirmation.
