Job Description

ACCOUNTANT
Blackheath, Kuilsriver

The job incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Full accounting function and management of the day-to-day financial functions and transactions

  • Budgeting and forecasting

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts 

  • Monthly financial reporting

  • Inventory Management

  • Statutory returns and company secretarial work

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards

  • Debtors and creditors management

  • Preparation of audit files

  • Liaising with external auditors / accountants

  • Liaising with external accounting software vendors (preferable Odoo experience
