We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Staff to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Responsibilities
- prepare and record financial transactions accurately and on time.
- Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily cash flow
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in payroll processing and handle government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
