Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of expenses.
- Provide management with financial analysis to support decision-making.
Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory obligations on time.
- Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies when needed.
