Job Description
- Assist in daily accounting operations such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and official receipts
- Record financial transactions accurately in accounting systems
- Assist in monitoring Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash monitoring
- Maintain organized accounting documents and reports
- Coordinate with other departments regarding financial concerns
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
