Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Document financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
- Perform monthly bookkeeping and accounting for clients.
- Handle general accounting functions such as journal entries, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and month-end accrual preparation.
- Develop and implement improved accounting policies and procedures.
- Perform other accounting and general office duties as required.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience
