Prepare journal entries, manage AP/AR processes, knowledgeable in BIR Taxation and ensure accurate financial reporting.
An accounts payable role with taxation responsibilities includes processing and recording invoices and payments, and ensuring that they are accurate and timely.
Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly VAT or EWT reports
- Maintaining payment schedules
- Keeping records of expenses for tax purposes
- Strong data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes
- Familiarity with purchase order processes
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: not CPA but have strong experience is ok.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years of relevant tax accounting experience.
