Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare financial statements and management reports in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of transactions
- Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including inventory, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany balances
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements (e.g. GST/VAT, withholding tax)
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external stakeholders
