Jazzya Investments is a Madrid based family office and holding company that operates across multiple disciplines, from fertility to venture capital, providing services to the companies in which it holds shares.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of the accounting cycle.
- Support in administrative‑financial matters; organization, correction, and consolidation of accounting.
- Management of bank remittances and payment to suppliers.
- Introduction of accounting entries (invoices received, issued, etc.) into the accounting program.
- Support in bank reconciliations.
- Management of supplier documentation; validation of invoices, payments, communications, etc.
- Support in invoicing and fiscal closings of VAT, personal income tax.
- Periodic reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
- Financial controlling (budgeting, forecast and deviation analysis, identifying actions, risks, opportunities, and trends).
