Qualifications
To assists in maintaining accounting records, providing accurate and timely accounting information and ensure the same is maintained in accordance with the laid down policies and procedures of the organization and in accordance with the IFRS.
- Preparation of LPOs, Invoicing, and accurate record keeping
- Supplier accounts maintenance and reconciliation
- Posting transactions in the accounting system
- Bank reconciliation
- Client account management
- Statutory returns and preparation of payment
- Prepare management accounts
- Maintain the asset register
- Petty cash management and handling
- Assist the auditors during the audit and preparation of schedules for audit.
Qualifications
- CPA Part II is a must, Finance/Accounting related degree is advantageous
