We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations for a growing real estate and property management business. This role will help streamline financial processes and ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable, including vendor invoices, utilities, and property-related expenses
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and supporting schedules
- Track and process vendor payments and loan-related transactions
- Organize, scan, and maintain digital financial records and documentation
