Accounting Specialist – French Speaker
We are currently looking for 2 Accounting Specialists to join an international team within the Management Control and Accounting department.
The consultant will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end expense reporting process while working closely with internal stakeholders and finance teams in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Control and monitor the entire expense reporting process
- Validate expense reports using dedicated financial tools
- Create and update employee files and information
- Provide support and training to employees regarding expense management processes
- Monitor automatic data uploads and integrations with financial systems
- Coordinate with the Accounts Payable team for payment authorizations
