Job Description
Key Responsibilities (JD):
- Accounting & Reconciliation: Maintain day-to-day accounts (sales, purchase, journals) and conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
- GST Compliance: Handle GST registration, filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and performing GSTR-2B reconciliation with vendor data.
- TDS Management: Identify applicable TDS sections (194C, 194J, etc.), deduct TDS, and file quarterly returns.
- Statutory Compliance: Manage payroll taxes and prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L).
- Export Handling: (If required) Manage foreign currency invoices and export-specific GST documentation.
