Accountant & Financial Operations Specialist

Location: Cape Town CBD

Salary: R40,000 – R50,000 per month (Potential flexibility)

Work arrangement: Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based

We're partnering with an exciting fintech business in the travel payments sector to find an Accountant & Financial Operations Specialist to join their growing team.

This role offers a mix of accounting, audit management, and hands‑on financial operations. Approximately 50% of the role will focus on managing audits, with the remainder dedicated to bookkeeping, reconciliations, cash accounts, and day‑to‑day financial operations across two entities.

Requirements Accounting qualification Strong bookkeeping and reconciliation experience Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Experience with Xero advantageous Exposure to fintech, payments, banking, or transaction‑heavy environments highly preferred
