Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Staff to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the finance department in managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
- Maintain accurate and updated financial records
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare financial reports and summaries
- Handle BIR compliance, filings, and documentation
- Coordinate with external auditors and suppliers as needed
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any finance-related course
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
