Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and handling overall accounting AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, VAT, and Taxation.
  • Preparing and handling the inventory as well as Inventory cost price calculation.
  • Support for the accounting closing, monthly, and year-end.
  • Performing and ensuring the completeness of detailed monthly accounts, reconciliation (e.g. Bank reconciliation, pre-paid and accrued expenses, AR and AP aging report, etc.) within timelines.
  • Coordinating with external accounting firms and auditors related to accounting matters.
  • Reviewing results of reconciliation with other modules to match with Trial Balance, feedback to the originator if any issues are identified, checking for any mistakes, and making adjustments as...
