Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing accounting transactions.
- Ensuring that financial reports are done and submitted on time.
- Working with internal groups to verify financial statements.
- Liaising with external auditors or government representatives whenever necessary.
- Calculating taxes and putting together tax returns.
- Analysing reports and presenting findings.
- Monitoring compliance to internal and government financial guidelines.
- Forming budget forecasts.
- Perform ad-hoc accounting assignments as directed by the superior.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing mainly for construction industry.
- Proactive with a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
