Salary: SGD 2500- SGD 3000 (plus incentives)
Duties and Responsibilities- Document financial transactions by entering account information.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies.
- Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Preparing accounting entries and reconciling general ledgers
- Working with the company's accounts payable functions – maintaining invoice payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
- Preparing monthly financial and various detailed reports
- Manage payroll activities
- Maintaining employee records.
