Job Responsibilities
- Handle the full set of accounts from sourcedocuments to financial statements, including accounts payable, accountsreceivable, general ledger, and fixed assets.
- Perform monthly and year-end closing,including preparation of management accounts, schedules, and variance analysis.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial andmanagement reports for group consolidation and management review.
- Prepare and submit statutory filings,including GST returns and corporate income tax.
- Liaise independently with external auditors,tax agents, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare audit schedules and support externalaudit processes, including audited financial statements.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations,intercompany reconciliations, and detailed account analysis.
- Maintain proper accounting records anddocumentation in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards(SFRS/FRS).
