Responsibilities
- Report to Financial Controller
- Responsible for full set accounting, including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, cheque preparation, general ledger and month-end reports for Hong Kong Region
- Responsible for daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable for Hong Kong and Singapore Region
- Prepares payments by verifying payment documentations (Vendor invoices and employee reimbursements) for Hong Kong and Singapore Region
- Supervise Bangladesh Region for providing comprehensive accounting services and support including fund transfer and monthly TDS and VAT submission
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and management schedules, annual budget, regular forecasts and analysis reports
- Assist in statutory reporting and annual audits
- Handle Contract renewal
- Handle IRD forms and related matters
- Prepare cash flow projection
