Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant based in Singapore to support the accounting and financial reporting functions of our US joint venture (JV). The role will focus on maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with US GAAP/local requirements where applicable, and coordinating closely with the US finance team and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Handle full sets of accounts or specified accounting functions for the US JV entity
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with US GAAP and internal reporting requirements
- Manage general ledger activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities
