Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Handle all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Manage the director's personal tax returns, expense records, and other financial matters.
Oversee and manage the accounts of the subsidiary company, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
