Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial records for construction projects Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability Perform job costing and cost allocation Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare progress billings and client invoices Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Manage subcontractor payments and retention schedules Track purchase orders, change orders, and project expenses Assist with payroll processing and tax filings Prepare monthly financial statements and reports Ensure compliance with accounting standards and construction regulations Support audits and year-end financial closing Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams on project finances
