Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Responsible for monthly general ledger close activities.
- Prepare monthly journal entries.
- Substantiate financial transactions and recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Provide analysis to business partners.
- Produce timely and accurate financial and other management reports.
- Continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process.
- Keep up to date with financial laws, rules and regulations and internal policies.
- Calculate royalty payments per assigned vendor using data provided by supervisor or obtained through internal reports.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Solid analytical, problem solving and financial troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures.
