We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the full spectrum of financial operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, payroll, and financial reporting, and will play a key role in maintaining the financial health and compliance of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts - Manage TDS calculations, deductions, filings, and compliance - Process payroll entries and coordinate with HR for payroll data accuracy - Conduct internal audit procedures and ensure adherence to financial controls - Maintain and track fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules - Prepare Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets on a periodic basis
