Accounting & Administrative Coordinator | Venezuela | Hybrid
We are looking for an Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to manage end-to-end financial operations and administrative support in Venezuela.
This is a key local role with high visibility, responsible for ensuring compliance, handling daily accounting processes, and supporting multiple business areas.
What you’ll do:
Manage Accounts Payable processes (POs, invoices, payments, accounting entries)
Support tax compliance and financial reporting (Venezuela)
Coordinate with banks, vendors and payroll providers
Provide administrative support across teams
Ensure accuracy and control in financial operations
We’re looking for:
Public Accountant with 3–5 years of experience
Strong knowledge of Venezuelan taxes (mandatory)
Experience in accounting operations + Excel
