Job Description
- Monitoring of Inventory (Sap and Physical Inventory)
- Perform Inventory Count
- Monitoring and analyzing of revenue accounts
- Prebilling and finalized GP
- Clearing of customer's account
- Booking of accruals and other income accounts
- Provide necessary adjusting entries for income statement account
- Preparation of monthly commission for operations
- Profit and loss report
- BIR compliance report (ORB and VAT)
- Provide external audit samples
- Filling and scanning of necessary documents
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course
- At least 1 year experience
- Must be familiar with vehicle servicing
- Knowledge on accounting software, MS office
