Job Description
- Prepare draft analysis, supporting schedules and variance commentary for management reporting
- Validate data across accounting, reporting and upstream processes, ensuring completeness and consistency
- Support in‑month accounting activities including postings, data entry and follow-up of queries
- Support period‑end close by preparing reconciliation inputs, reviewing schedules and ensuring documentation completeness
- Maintain accurate supporting documentation and audit trails in line with SOPs and controls
- Gather data and coordinate follow-up on accounting and reporting queries
- Escalate issues where root causes are unclear and support resolution process
- Identify recurring data quality and process issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Support Workday Financials transition, including data validation, testing support and issue tracking
