A. Tax Monitoring and Compliance
- Ensure filing and payment of all taxes (annual income tax, property tax, withholding tax, percentage tax, value-added tax, capital gains tax)
- Participate in all tax reconciliations and balances
B. Accounting and Treasury Functions
- Prepare and monitor financial statements, including cash flow, monthly income statement, and comparative income statement
- Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers, ensuring verification and reconciliation
- Develop systems for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts and defining bookkeeping policies and procedures
- Ensure P&L transactions are supported by adequate documentation and free from deviations
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations accurately within deadlines, following up on unusual items
