Responsibilities:

• Professional, approachable with all stakeholders

• Handle mail intake, scanning, distribution, and filing

• Process, code, and file invoices and documents

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve issues

• Review and code credit card activity

• Apply payments, credits, and refunds

• Prepare bank deposits (mobile and physical)

• Generate AR, payment, and receivable reports
