[Accounting and Compliance]
- Oversee and control daily accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Ensure compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), tax laws, and corporate laws, and lead coordination with external auditors and the Revenue Department.
- Develop tax strategies, particularly in areas related to Transfer Pricing, compliance requirements, and tax optimization planning. [2. Finance and Strategy]
- Manage and optimize cash flow efficiency.
- Oversee liquidity management, daily cash inflows and outflows, and prepare financial plans.
- Execute payments and issue invoices to vendors/suppliers accurately and on time.
- Manage financial risks and strengthen governance systems to prevent fraud and liquidity issues.
- Prepare regular financial reports and communicate with the head office in Japan.
