Our client, an international and purpose‑driven organization based in Lausanne, is looking for an Accountant / Financial Controller (100%) to join its finance team in a key and high‑impact role.

- Lead financial controlling activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decision‑making.
- Partner with the CFO and departments to deliver actionable financial insights and drive performance.
- Analyse costs and services performance, identifying improvement areas and proposing solutions.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data in close collaboration with the accounting team.
- Act as a support to accounting when needed (e.g. closings, audit preparation).
