Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable tasks.
- Prepare checks and vouchers (Payable).
- Manage weekly and monthly accounting reports.
- Prepare and check completeness of liquidations and cash advances.
- Procure office & warehouse supplies, equipment, repair and maintenance.
- Accurately prepare tax returns and ensure that company taxes are paid in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
- Monitor and categorize company expenses, strictly adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Manage reimbursement, liquidation, and petty cash handling.
- Undertake other related tasks as assigned.
