Job Description
The Accounting Assistant is responsible for supporting the company’s financial operations by assisting in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in accounting documents. The role involves handling basic accounting tasks, monitoring financial data, and coordinating with other departments to maintain organized and compliant financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or any related field
- At least 1 year of experience in General Accounting
- Experience in AP/AR is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to work well in a team
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willing to work onsite in Makati
