We’re excited to announce that we’re looking for a talented Accounting Assistant to join our fun, transparent, and collaborative team!
- Controls and records all the post-dated checks from clients necessary for the financial operation of the company;
- Responsible in the processing of accounts payable and makes summary thereof including check preparation;
- Responsible in the recording of cash/check vouchers in cash disbursement book;
- Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated sales and collection report;
- Prepares aging of account receivable to monitor the outstanding obligation of Mercury Drug Corporation;
- Encodes the cash/check voucher in QuickBooks;
