Job Description
ODCC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Assistant to support our accounting team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transaction recording, bookkeeping, tax filing, and communication with clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial matters. This position reports directly to the partner and will require a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Recording: Accurately record daily financial transactions, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and correct in the accounting system.
- Tax Filing: Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and deadlines.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliation of bank statements.
