Accounting Assistant – Peru (Focus on Mass Payments)

Reporting to: Finance Manager / country manager
Responsibilities
- Mass Payment Operations:
- Execute scheduled mass payments to vendors, partners, or users via bank portals or third-party platforms.
- Accurately prepare and process payment batches, verifying account details, payment amounts, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely, error-free submission and confirmation of pay.
- Payment Process Control & Verification:
- Review and validate payment requests for accuracy and completeness according to internal policies.
- Confirm account balances prior to execution and maintain secure payment processing practices.
- Track payment statuses and escalate discrepancies or failures promptly.
