Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting tasks including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports
- Monitor and update inventory records regularly
- Coordinate with warehouse or supply teams to ensure accurate stock levels
- Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Support audit and inventory count activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounting role, preferably with inventory exposure
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
