Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing: Enter data, process invoices (payables/receivables), manage expense reports, and update financial records.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial files, ledgers, and bookkeeping records.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and accounts to find discrepancies.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries for management.
- Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support to the accounting team.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Finance Assistant, Accounting Clerk, or in a similar role.
