Job Description
Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions (receipts, disbursement, journal entries)
- Prepare and organized accounting documents (Invoice, Delivery receipts, Purchase Orders)
- Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Assist in billing preparation for projects and follow up on collections
- Reconcile inventory records (glass, aluminum, and hardware materials)
- Assist in payroll preparations and expenses monitoring
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Project Teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- At least 1- years of relevant experience (experience in construction or fabrication is an advantage)
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
