Your role
As an accounting associate, you are expected to record transactions, prepare reports and prepare tax calculations for our clients. For you to be successful in this role, you are expected to demonstrate the following:
- Able to identify key issues on assigned clients and suggest workable solutions
- Proficient in compliance laws and regulations such as, but not limited to, tax compliance with the BIR, corporate compliance with the SEC and other commercial laws and regulations
- Demonstrate professionalism and confidence in dealing with a range of stakeholder groups and management teams
- Contribute proactively to administrative functions within the firm such as recruitment, thought leadership, business development and supporting other business units within the firm
- Establish systems and processes in making accounting workflows faster and easier
