In this role, you will play an integral part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our key financial processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable, data entry, and be proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage 50.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Perform data entry tasks to create and maintain up-to-date financial records.
+ Review, validate, and process invoices, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
+ Reconcile discrepancies identified in financial reports and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues.
