• Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payments promptly and ensure all transactions are accurate.
• Manage vendor relationships by addressing billing issues and resolving discrepancies effectively.
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end financial closing processes.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices while maintaining accurate payment tracking.
