Overview
BVSA Konsult (Pty) Ltd. is a leading accounting and advisory firm with offices across the Western Cape. We are looking for a motivated Accounting Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Recording clients’ financial transactions using cloud accounting software
- Assisting with monthly processing and accounting records
- Preparing working papers and supporting documentation
- Assisting with SARS submissions where required
- Performing basic accounting procedures in terms of BVSA practices
- Assisting team members with administrative accounting tasks
Qualifications and experience
- Accounting as a school subject is essential
- Mathematics and Accounting average of at least 60–70%
- Studying towards, or intending to study towards, an accounting qualification will be advantageous
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
